I'm a guy and I get turned on by slutty girls. When a girl wears like a really short skirt where you can almost see her underwear, I can't stop staring at her legs and I get really horny.

Basically whenever a girl shows a lot of skin I find myself attracted to her. Not the ugly ones though, only the hot ones.

I want to go out with them or I just want to have sex with them.

    Just try not to fall in love if you get one. Most, if not a great majority are not girlfriend material.

    Yeah I'd say it's normal. I mean think about it, when you say a girl dresses "slutty" it means she is dressing in a way that is sexually exciting. So unless you have some sort of moral hangup about seeing skin, of course you get turned on.
