Is it normal to be attracted to skin..

Im 19, in college and when i think about girls, its not their assets im interested in..its more just feeling their skin. I have some sort of urge for feeling the entirety of their body, savoring every second and every inch of that soft skin. I do realize if i were to tell this to anyone outside they would think im weird. But really, is this normal thinking for a guy? Don't get me wrong I would love the assets as well, but theyre just like a bonus. Usually the face.. and the skin, rubbing the skin.. I've never done that so its possible this is just curiosity. In all seriousness, If i find this appealing, should i attempt and try it with a girl someday? how would i go about it.. IIN??
