Is it normal to be attracted to guys outside your race but not show it

I don't think guys outside my race are interested in me for like relationship more like a secret they can hit and quit.Also I tend to think they are racist towards blacks.Most guys avoid eye contact or looking at my face if they see me but that's mostly older people I don't know about guys my age.
I live in northern California so it might be different.

    Im white and i feel slightly more attracted to black women than others no idea why though...
