Is it normal to be attracted to a language?

For some reason I am very attracted to languages. Mainly East Asian languages and it becomes a bit of a problem in public when I hear people speaking Mandarin or Korean, Japanese, etc... I'm not sure why or when this started happening but it's very strange to me and I kind of want it to stop. It's not too bad though, just mildly arousing for some reason... it happens for other languages too though it's just more intense I guess with languages from East Asia.

    Hm... That's a fascinating fetish. Can you really tell the difference between the languages that well? When a Japanese person speaks Italian, can you pick up on that or do you still get aroused?

    Also! You must really like anime for that reason. As long as it's subbed.
