Is it normal to be annoyed with denial questions. An example
"Im straight but".... or "Im not racist but"... When the clear answer is well yes you are. I mean it would make more sense to ask "Is it gay? or "is this racist" or "Is this normal for a straight girl/boy?

    Mmmm, I'm on both sides for this one. For the "I'm straight but", I think people are free to do whatever they want sexually without having a label. Its also funny when you think about it, guy on guy stuff is labeled as mostly negative no matter what except for those yaoi-shipping female anime fans but girl on girl is considered acceptable and hot by both genders for the most part. For the most part I said, not everyone has this view.

    The "I'm not racist but" part I CAN see as annoying because it usually is followed by something very racist or a comment that is somehow supposed to be a harmless question from harmless curiosity. "I'm not trying to be in your business, but" *person gets in your business* "Not offense, but" *person offends you*, etc.

    I'm not being critical, but your first sentence was a question, not a statement...yet you ended it with a period.
