My best friend (who is a girl) and I had a joke saying that we were going to get married on valentines day and seeing as it was coming up soon we were going to have a little fake ceremony because we're weird like that :L
My boyfriend never cared he just thought it was funny & today we were joking about it & was saying I was dumping him & it didn't really bother me then until he made a status on Facebook saying that I dumped him & he didn't ever bother telling them it wasn't true so people are treating me like crap cause of if :/
Is it normal for me to be angry at him over it?

    There is no point creating drama, but if there must be drama do not bring other people into it.

    Although it was just a joke to you, maybe he's sensitive and it hurt his feelings. Hurt feelings or not, he should have known better than to post that as his Facebook status.

    You guys should talk about it and resolve the matter. Even though it's a little thing, many little things make up a big thing, and big bothersome things are why people break up.

    If it hurt his feelings you should apologize. If your friends are treating you harshly then he should post another status explaining that he was not serious as well.

    Your boyfriend seems to take things too seriously or maybe this is just part of the "game"? It would be interesting if everyone was in on this and you just didn't know.

    Forgive me, but I can't really relate to this story. I find myself being somewhat baffled over it. It's like you made a mountain out of a molehill. Just go with the flow and relax.

    Why are you worried more about stupid facebook status updates that mean nothing, when you should be worried more about whether his laundry was done and all his shirts have been ironed?

    Typical that an inferior woman would worry more about Facebook and not what their real roles are, taking care of a household and making sure the man is happy.
