Is it normal to be analyzing peoples personalitys?

For a year now I have found my self really fascinated with analyzing peoples (mostly freinds) personalitys and diagnosing them with complex disorders. Like finding out someone has a Napoleon complex, is a narcissist, has anxiety etc and then read info on the personslity disorder through the internet, trying to find simalarities to the people i think have the disorder. I feel like Im a psychologist sometimes. Is this a normal thing to do?

Yeah...speculation, not a diagnosis. Some.Americans on here bitch about actual doctors diagnosing incorrectly or without evidence...an unqualified person is not going to be able to.

Yes, you may have a vague idea about some disorders, but to call it more than an assumption is silly.

This is such a dangerous habit, self diagnosis and uneducated diagnosis. I hat that we have ro have a label. It really does not help.

Do it online, right here, right now. This IIN web site is a good source of data to do your analysis.

That said, do me. (And by 'do', I mean 'analyze'. Also, the 'anal' in 'analyze' is only coincidental.)

If only I had known, then I could have asked you about my own suspicions on personality disorders.

Just last night I was deep in my thoughts then texted my lil sis that I thought that this guy that everybody thought crazy suffered from autism. My text was full of explanations of how I've arrived at that conclusion and I was sure I was right until she texts me back with this reply, "How do you explain that younger he was just like any other normal man?"
    I was so deceived.
