I don't know why tho like if im surrounded by people i get really nervous....and same goes of what they think of me. i am always nervous about the way i look and they way people think of me..And no i went for test to see if i whould have a socal disorder...is it normal for me to be always like this??
I hate croweded places.I hated my school's playgorund and I was always smoking at the school's toilets to avoid so many people.I don't care what they think of me when I am with others but I do when I am alone.I believe that most of the people in this site are feeling this way and that's why they're here.Caue they feel things that doesn't seem to be normal.Therefore you are kinda a close person who likes relaxing and non-croweded places.You are just not another sheep of the crowd and it feels weird.
It's weird because I will randomly start getting nervous and start shaking. I have no idea why.
I'm going through the same thing.. I was going to write a similar post. I feel like I have social phobia. I want to go to a psychologist and see but I dont know if they can do anything! My voice gets nervous, i cant look at people in the eye and i cant think of things to say.. my mind goes blank! :(
I wouldn't be so quick to lable yourself with a social disorder. I think you could benifit from building self confabence. Next time you are going out try affermations before you leave. I know it sounds stupid but seeing the positive in ones self can change the way you feel in a social setting. Good luck
I'm like that but it's so weird cause I don't give a crap what they think I'm just scared of being in front of people. Really weird.
