Is it normal to be always hot and sweaty, even when it's cold?

I always feel hot and it makes me sweat a lot during the day, that's the reason why I'm always shirtless. But, here it's cold sometimes and my mum (sometimes my bf) tells me: Hang on! (...my name) put a shirt on! It's cold!.

    Do you you feel nervous a lot? Generalized anxiety disorder can cause excessive sweating.
