Alone and lonely are two different things. Feeling/being alone is easy to take care of. Lonliness, see a therapist.
Cross feeling out. A person never feels alone. They either are alone or not. The question is, do you mean that you feel lonely?
I could be in a room of a 100 people, and having a conversation with at least one person out of that 100, but still feel lonely. Is that how you feel?
I think all of the above. I can relate to all of what you say.
My mind consistently assesses and behaves differently than the majority of people I come across. It is extremely difficult to find someone I "click with" or who "understands where I am coming from". Not so much on a feeling front but more of a critical thinking difference.
Of course, I could just be kidding myself and really none of us are all too different in how we view the world. Just in how we choose to behave towards it.
