Is it normal to be allergic to pads and tampons?

Every time I get my period I get really bad rashes and swelling around my privates and I think it's the pads and tampons I use. Is this possible? I have tried every brand there is and it still happens... Please some advice

    A lot of women have issues like this.
    Try natural tampons and pads with no perfume or weird chemicals. There are also sea sponge tampons.
    Or try a menstrual cup.

    It could be an allergic reaction to latex or the fragrances/chemicals on the pad.

      Maybe she could spray them with some of your snatch-scented perfume.

    I had the same problems with pads (always and some other) until I discovered this brand - Ria.
