Is it normal to be afraid that your penis is dirty?

So, I don't know if you'd call me germophobic or smart. See, I wash my hands every time I go to the bathroom. Also, because you pee with your penis, and you also masterbate with your penis, I wash my hands after masterbating. I also wouldn't want to give oral sex or anything like that because, well I don't know I'm paranoid and stuff.
