Every time it comes on tv i nearly have a heart attack and feel like people are watching me, Is that normal?

    I get scared too, it's such an ugly sound! I don't think anyone's watching me though

    It's normal to be scared but the people watching u thing kinda sounds like a little bit of paranoia
