It scares the crap out of me :( the whole thing. The idea that I might not even exist ever again. Or be in heaven or hell forever. I wanna be reincarnated personally... But still. I hate when people say that you don't exist anymore when you die. There has to be more... Right?
You cannot really tell where will you be after death. Heaven and Hell is a place that defines in a religiously way that if you maintains righteous actions,thoughts,etc when alive, you'd go to heaven and vice versa.
Can't you see on earth, there's already hell exists, there's people who died of starving, people who lost everything to wars, there's bloods and cries in the third world country. Imagine those in Africa who doesn't have a thing to eat, those who suffered from floods, disaster that left them a broken life with nowhere to start, those who disabled, cannot walk, hear, talk, think like a normal person,we are fighting against each other, we swear, insult, cheat others to get our way, we treats each other so badly that there's even some commits suicide, do you still think that's earth, that's hell, because it is so an Inhumane condition.
To overcome you fears, you should accept it just as you should accept death as a final door, death is just a part of life, of every living beings. My granny used to tell me, 'death is not the end, it's just a beginning of a new life'.
So live your days and don't be overwhelmed by the fear of death, cherish those who dears to you, so long as you have lived with no regret, then death is just another flash of light.
I'm also terrified of death. I hate the thought of just being gone. I'm not religious and frankly I don't believe in heaven or hell. I like to think I could be reincarnated or just idk float around peacefully or something. Maybe just be a thought floating around with my memories.
The most normal fear of all. Probably because anything goes. And the unknown. Yet I believe what is unknown to us now will be like the lifting of a vail. Well remember who we really are. Can't prove any of this. It's just what my heart says. But am I still frightened? Hell yes!!!
