Is it normal to be across of my cousin

Is it normal to be so afraid of my cousin (that tried to rape me) that whenever I think about his FAMILY I start crying and can't stop? It's been like 4 months and I still cry when I'm left alone, wake up screaming with nightmares about the day.. And just am plain scared of him?
