My girlfriend stays with me most nights and it's all good. When she returns to her aunts house, it's like she undergoes a personality change. She accuses me of cheating with 'virtual internet girls and facebook whores', she accuses me of constantly masturbating and causes fights for no reason. She also mocks my body type and genitals (I had some serious urology work a while ago).
This obviously causes huge fights which I do my best to diffuse by email and text. Eventually she comes over and all is good until the next time she goes to her aunts and the cycle starts again.

    You should talk to her. She may be having some trust issues. Maybe something/someone at home causes her to be this way. You said that when she's with you, she isn't this way. But when she goes back to her aunt's.. she becomes psycho? I can't help but think that maybe her aunt/someone is saying stuff to her that causes her to be like this. Maybe not though. Anyway, you should really talk to her. You should assure her that you're not doing anything that would be bad for your relationship and if she continues being that way it might lead you two to a break up.

    I think the time away allows her to stew up ideas of you doing horrible things then lashes out at you when she goes back.

    Maybe something is wrong at home or affecting her trust with others. You would have to continuously reinsure her that she is the only one for you. She probably needs someone to talk to

    Hmm. Seems like she has major trust issues. When she is with u she doesn't have to worry but when she doesn't know what ur doing it prolly drives her nuts thinking ur doing all that. She sounds over the top...maybe you should sit her down and tell her to knock it off.

    i would've said she loves you but then i read: "She also mocks my body type and genitals " wtf man this is not normal ! no girl that loves someone would say that to her boyfriend ... or she just has major trust issues i don't know man if you want to make it work don't ignore her it will drive her totally insane and make her paranoid

    I think she probably had a bad relationship or two in her past that made her feel this way. It isn't healthy at all to stay in a relationship like this. So you should tell her to either trust you or she is just going to just push you away. It also could be her aunt telling her things too, if she acts this way when she comes to see you again.
