Is it normal to be able to manually push my penis head into the shaft?

When flacid I am able to push the head of my penis into the bottom of my penis shaft so that there is just a mount of buried head.

    I don't have a penis so I have no idea if that's normal... but that sounds so weird.

    I do that to my husband sometimes when we're just sitting there joking around, I think it's normal.
