Is it normal to be able to control my testicles at will

OK so I was looking one day many years ago and i coughed and they moved...pretty normal ok,then i found i could move them anytime i wished without the cough.
I seem able to juggle my nuts! I know,strange.
I can raise one then lower it and raise the other or both testicles at the same time,I can also manipulate my penis like wave it about using only muscles,I have read on many forums that guys only see the balls move a little during sex or cold and hot conditions and they can not do what i can.
IM shocked enough to post this as strange as it sounds it is true and i would love an answer on this as to why i can move my testicles at will,not just a little but a lot and at anytime i wish.
any infon this will be appreciated as im a bit worried.
Do you think youtube would let me put my nuts on or would that be to rude for youtube,i was just thinking i might get the answers i seek if i did that...plus about a zillion hits lol.
