Is it normal to be able to change things you see?

Today I had noticed, while playing pe, that all the lights were making me feel strange. But no one else I asked about it was affected. So I carried on playing volleyball which isn't very easy, might I add. But it is fun ^-^ Then I realise that everything I am looking at seems to be brighter. Quite literally. It wasn't just the lights. I was seeing everything in more detail. I didn't think about it much until I got home and looked in the mirror. I don't know why but something compelled me to just look at the same spot for absolutely ages. My eyes felt fine but I left the bathroom lights off anyway. I decided it were best to relax them...and that's when I scared the pants out of myself. As I continued to stare in the mirror my face seemed to blur and blacken and began to take on a different form...but it was all rather blurry until my eyes came back into focus. I blinked dumbly, rubbed my eyes then repeated the proccess. It happened again. My face seemed to change into something larger and more menacing until I couldn't see the features of my face. I couldn't even see my own eyes unless I moved slightly. Besides the point, second time doing it and snapping out of it I saw it. My eyes were almost filled. My pupils were humungous, almost filling my iris, and I actually leapt back with shock until they became smaller once more. I don't know what is happening to my eyes. I have no mental issues and nothing bad is affecting my life... until today with the whole eye thing. I've also noticed that everyone I've spoken to today has seemed to back away from me at some point and I'd see their face blur a little. I have however been told by a specialist that my eyes are unnaturally acurate and that it was best not to ever go to the doctors if my eyes were acting up because they would proberbly spend half the time analysing my eyes and next thing you know I'd be wheeled off to a science lab. Apparently I see everything in a much wider scale. I've noticed the way I move has changed to. I don't think about what I'm doing. We also played dodgeball today and I wasn't even watching the ball and for some reason I rippled to the right....my movements and ahh. Everything is wierd. I can't explain how much its freaked the hell out of me. >-< Not only that but for some reason I keep having the urge to bite things. Right now I am chewing on a bottle. I don't feel at all hungry and I have all adult teeth. Does anyone know what could be going on or if this is normal or whatever. Some feedback please.

What a strange gift you have!
My friend, your not a freak, I just want you to know that.
Your eyes sound very lovely, I'll tell you-
    Never heard nothing like this!
I suggest keeping them healthy. Make the best of your gift,
    You have been blessed. c:

Not to get down on anyone reading into this spiritually, I mean, I believe in psychic phenomenomena even if I can't spell it, but this is just the result of how your eyes work. Cells get fatigued, get used to seeing one thing and get confused.

Welcome to the neighborhood. I've had very similar experiences including the out of body experience, (which you seem to have had) where you seem to see people from farther away and, in my case slightly above them. Consider using a black mirror, a dark bowl of water will do. You might also consider looking into Wicca. Many practitioners have vast storehouse on knowledge on the subject, a lot of it posted on the Internet in various places.

I think you might have sleep disorder. Or a side effect from some medicine. Or something is preventing from your brain from working normally. Did you have this when you were younger? See what is/was in your daily intake of food and drink and see if some substance can trigger this off (possibly something on the lines of caffiene...I don't know whether that could do this, but it does effect the brain, and different things can have different effects on different people). Either those things, or eccentric imagination (so much it feels real..?), or a combination of any of those 'options'.

I'm no expert btw...your choice to take my advice or not. (I may have got the effects/affects wrong, sorry to grammar Nazis)

Hmm..well...I'm no expert, and this is going to sound nuts, but maybe you have some psychic abilities that are kicking in.
Maybe that's why strange things are happening to your vision and such.
Or maybe you just have a medical condition that you should get checked out.
Screw what your specialist said. If this is an eye condition that you're suffering from and may cause problems, get it checked out.
The doctors may be able to help you.
Besides, I don't think they can just cart you off to a science lab without your parent's consent. You're not just some object that can take away >_>
But if it is psychic phenomena occuring, that's pretty neat.

Check your ears and notice if you smell items more strongly. If it is yes to either of these you may be a werewolf.
