Is it normal to be a weak fatty?

So, I've gotten into this lifestyle. Over the past few years I've gained a lot of weight and all I want to do is get back into shape yet all I do is eat. I skip breakfast, I eat at night, the worst time to eat. I eat nonstop, but I don't throw up. Is it normal to be a fat ass and do absolutely nothing about it?

I think a lot of people are going through what you are right now. Luckily you've taken the first step of understanding that you've slipped into the lifestyle and that it isn't good for you.

Thing is, you know exactly what you need to do to get in better shape. Proper exercise, healthy proportioned regular meals, etc. I don't need to tell you all that. The only thing that's missing is your own willpower.

stop eating processed foods in particular HFCS. those foods are engineered to suppress leptin (google it) which is a hormone to tell u to stop eating.

Throwing up your food after eating it is NOT the answer. All you need is some motivation to go out work out and get a healthier food drive. Go on YouTube and search 'before and after weight loss change' look at it. If they can do it, you can do it too!

Yeah, that part drew some red flags for me too. It was stated as if the eating would be justified if there was vomiting involved. Bulimia is incredibly unhealthy, dangerous, and unfortunate.

I've heard some horrible stories. Nobody should think that's a way to be thinner.

I do the same thing, sadly. Let's both lose some damn weight!
