    Technically voyeurism is a crime but your not taking pics are you? It's not hurting them because all your doing is watching. They should learn to turn off the lights or the curtains. There may be another thought. You mentioned they leave the light on. Maybe that's not by accident. Maybe the WANT you to see them. Lots of people like being watched when having sex. :)

      No i don't take pics or videos. That is a good point and leaving the shades open and lights on.. But how have I gotten lucky to old neighbors and current neighbors having the same fetish

    Certainly normal. A lot of people get turned on by watching sexual acts. Trying to watch your neighbors having sex without their knowledge or consent? That's less cool.

    Have you considered finding partners that will help you indulge this fantasy? Do you enjoy the idea of watching your partners have sex together, perhaps participating, perhaps just watching?

    Or maybe you have cuckquean fantasies? That's when the woman is deliberately excluded from the sex her partner is having. Sometimes she is made to watch. Sometimes she is made to be outside the room where she can hear, but not watch. Sometimes she helps prepare them for the act or cleans up afterwards. I just wonder, from what you've described, if that's relevant to your interests.

    It is natural but not normal in my opinion. It might be a criminal act depending on where you live, but on the other hand, it is like porn. You are watching strangers getting it on and it arouses you, and with the added adrenalin of doing something naughty and getting away with it.

    I would say that you might be bordering on obsession or addiction from what you said. If so, it's probably a good time to take control and slowly demolishing this habit.
