    Well God doesn't care how u dress as long as u love him. God doesn't want u a certain way because he wants to mold u his way. There isn't such a thing as emo or whatever to God we still r his children

    It's not normal to be emo period.
    Our God would not want us to inflict pain on ourselves, as if we were insulting his creation by defiling our body.

    But yeah. Emo people are stupid. Go die.

      Emos don't cut themselves. Cutters do. There is a differance. Not all Emos are cutters, but a number of them are.

    ok so im christian and emo, being emo dosnt mean that u have to be atheist or anything like that, being emo is just a state of mind, its just u being who u wanna be

    It's not going against your religion at all!!!! Don't be silly. Listen to the devil wears prada :) you'll love them. Those guys are Christian but look totally awesome.

    Self harm is wrong and an indicator of mental health problems though, but this isn't what emo means, to me it's just a style and I really don't think God could care that much about it as long as you act right and are a good person.

    Thanks for the 'help' violet. Now I sorta stopped but I wanna cut myself again. Emo ppl are normal. There just sad and the only way they can find relief is through cutting themselves. And I don't think God wouldve liked that advice either. Go die, yea really great advice.

      Cutting yourself isn't emo. Emo is dressing a certain way and listening to certain music. Cutting yourself is depression-related, and if you do this, you need to go to your doctor for help. Seriously, I used to do it. Some day you'll go too far and wake up in a hospital...or not all all. Understand?

      Its completely normal to be emo. You don't have to cut to be emo. Emo just means your emotional, whether it be happy or sad. Its also how you dress and the music you listen to.
      And god actually encourages it. It says that if your hand causes you to sin you should cut it off. Or if your eye causes you to sin you should pluck it out. Mathew 5:29 or somewhere around there I believe, read it for yourself.

    Don't listen to Violet_X self harm is WRONG. The Bible says a lot of insane, disturbing things. It condones rape and murder aswell! I'm not saying you shouldn't be christian, but you SHOULD NOT self-harm, it could easily result in death and it is addicting.

      I don't think it does condone rape and murder, apart from the execution of rapists and murderers, I would be interested for you to show me where abouts it says this, or are you simply saying what someone else told you without checking yourself?
