Is it normal no not feel any urge to want to have sex? I mean don't get me wrong I have had quite a few girl friends, but I never actually kissed or did anything with another girl. I haven't even had a girl do anything with me, the most I've done is cuttled with her. Is that wierd?

Of course not, it's a good thing. If you are going to have sex make it an epic thing with someone you're in love with, to not feel the urge (at the moment) is completely normal. Those who have sex constantly with random people are disgusting and weak people who are completely dominated by nature.

God I'm so tired of these "is it normal to be a virgin at x years old" blah blah blah. I'm a 21 year old virgin and honestly it's not that big of a deal. I don't think age has a single thing to do with virginity. It's something you do when YOU are ready and on YOUR terms. I mean, I can see if it's within reason. Like if you were a 45 year old asking this question, then I'd be a little concerned but you're still young so it's ok.
whats with all these people that say wait until marriage? sex is a GREAT bonding experience with you and your partner.. plus it feels as good as and is fun as fuck. is it NORMAL? that depends, if you are a fun outgoing person that enjoys parties and the outdoors, then no. If you stay inside playing world of warcraft all day, then yes.
