Not talking about me, it's my brother. I've tried introducing the concept to him in the past because he gets stressed out a lot, but he is adamant about not doing it. Even today he calls me and tries to convince me to stop doing it myself. He's not religious at all, so that's not the reason. He's got autism, but I imagine that shouldn't make a difference either.
