It's normal to be concerned about it, but don't spend so much time over it! It's a waste and just makes you more worried and stressed (being stressed stops you losing weight as easily because you're body thinks it may well need to the energy soon and so keeps storing it up).
The best and most healthy way to lose weight is not to go to the gym, hardly eat etc. It's to only eat at meals (and not too much, and no snacks like choclate bars, crisps etc.) and walk to places instead of taking the car (within reason obviously :P). You won't lose lots of weight very quickly, but it's a lifestyle you can maintain and you don't have to go out of your way to do it.
it is normal. if you're gonna be concerned about external things like that, however, you should be concerned about what your body looks like as opposed to how much it weighs.
I guess it's normal, I'm obsessed with my weight all the time...but pay little attention to it.
I weight myself everyday. I'm at a normal weight and it'll fluctuate up or down a few pounds depending on the day. I don't really do anything to my diet. The scale is just there.
