Is it normal to be 18, a guy and still a virgin?

I'm still a virgin, too. I would say that the only reason I'm a virgin still is because I don't fall under the group of people that have sex just for the sake of having it. I too have been given many oppertunities to loose my virginity, but the offers were by an actual prostitute, someone that wasn't a prostitute but slept with just as many people, and someone that was in the group I socialized with.
I think I just don't hold sex to be something as great as everyone else seems it to be. Not to mention, even if I wanted to have sex just as much as everyone else, I would probably still be a virgin due to the "work" you could call it of having to find someone and make them interested in having sex with me. I'm a very lazy person.

Keep yourself for the one you want to marry. Abstinence not only proves your dedication but also strengthens a relationship... And it also makes the first time that much more special. Respect yourself and don't hide the fact you're waiting... Oh and also if your friends will look down on you for your purity then they're not very good friends.

Don't worry. A lot of people think guys who keep their virginities are "gay" or "lame". It's actually okay, cute I think. Though be careful, there are a lot of women who'd be eager to take that v, to boost their ego. It kinda' makes them feel proud to "introduce" the once-virgin guy to the world of sex.

I'm 18 myself and still a virgin, and I think it's quite normal. There'll always be people who might find it odd, but who cares... My problem is I have problems with finding a girlfriend whom I'd love enough, and since I'm studying it's not easy for me to just go and find a girlfriend. My advice is to go pay for it. I was a virgin until I was 22. I wish I paid for it when I was 18. Then you have nothing to worry about when you meet someone

I was 21 when I lost my virginity and I was a very "pure" person just about up to that point, as in I hadnt had any physically relationships with any women up to that point, cept for a quick kiss, which is nothing really.

If you are waiting for it to be something special then wait for someone you really care about, if you just want to do it, to do it, then it will be a big letdown after waiting 20 yrs or so. And for me that has nothing to do with her performance, my performance (which I am sure was average at best) and the girl I was with was pretty hot, (8 out of 10 at least, mayby 9).

hey to be perfectly honest , i think its better to be a virgin until your in your late teens im 19 and i only lost my virginity last september and it was the best expierence because he knew what he was doing and he could guide me , i was in a realationship with my now fiance , and now we are having sex everyday and loving it , we expierment and things now i used to worry if i was going to be a virgin forever , until i found him , it is amazing but gets bettter the more times you have sex
