Is it normal to avoid warm toilet seats?

I don't know why, I but I can't take a dump on a warm toilet seat. Perhaps it's the thought of someones ass broiling it just moments prior. I find myself either waiting at least 10 minutes for cool down, or being forced to choose the stall that has the brown corn trout that no one wanted to courtesy flush.

I know that seat is as cool as the underside of my pillow!

Yeah, but isn't it too late once you've discovered it's warm? You're already sitting on it.

I have to say I agree though....I went in the bathroom right after my dad had been in there, but I didn't know that beforehand, and sat down and it was warm and I got a really icky feeling. Cooties, I guess.

It's psychological because heat is just the molecules of the object having more kinetic energy which can't be told apart from other causes that could have heated it such as a flame, sunlight, friction, etc. However if you dump a load in a soiled toilet and it splashes on you then you get bacteria from the turd that was already there. Cheers.

  • That is soooo like me. I hate doing it even in my own house. I like it nice and cold.

A good powerdump can be taken on a warm can just as well as a cold one

  • Just cover the seat with toilet paper, that's what I always do.
