I barely see my boyfriend , and i hate it. The times i do see him we only see each other for about 20 minutes because were usually really busy, but i would always get out of my way to see him, should i tell him that i want to see him more often or no?

Yes, definitely. I think people appreciate it when you tell them you'd like to spend more time with them.
Tell him. He probably has no idea that he is hurting your feelings. Remember, he can't read your mind! He will appreciate you telling it to him straight instead of being indirect. He should be going out of his way to make time for you just as much, if not more, than you are for him. But, sometimes people need to be nudged in the right direction. He may even feel the same way as you do! I think addressing the situation is best, and asking him face-to-face is important!
After telling him, if he doesn't at least show a few signs of effort, let him go - either he isn't at the right point in his life to be in a relationship with you, or he doesn't care about you as much as you care about him.
Every relationship is different. Some see eachother all the time-others rarely. It's normal to want to see him more. You should tell him if you really want to, but just don't get your hopes up too high. You should make with what you have. Make every minute count even if it's only a few. I mean if he can't-he can't. You need to respect his busy schedule.
Besides..To you, it may seem like it's not enough time, but to him..he might just be happy with you considering him as yours. Like I said, you should do what you what you want, but you should still just try to make with what you already have.
