It's been more than a year since we've been classmate in school and I've only seen her a 2-3 times last year...I think I like her so I was planning to ask her out for dinner to confirm my feelings is it normal or she'll think I'm weird?

    She might feel the same way. Try asking her about how she feels when both of you are hanging out together, did she had a good time?
