I was talking to a Taurus man before and he was very nice to me but all of a sudden he told me he wasn’t looking for someone right now so I told him that’s fine hopefully in the future he’ll give us a chance and he replied back with a smiley face. Plus he’s still looking at my social media posts. So should I wait until he’s ready or move on from him? Why would he lead me on if he doesn’t like me?

I'm a Taurus. So one day I decided to go read some of those "daily" whatever they call thems, without looking at the names of the signs I was reading. I found they all fit me in some ways, but not in others. That's deliberate, they purposely make them vague enough that anyone who happens to be that star sign can read it and be like "omg that's true!" and it's a con.
Anyway your guy just sounds like a typical person in the age of social media/texting speed dating. I think we're in an age of a decline in dating, where everyone just wants the instant gratification of sex with it being so readily available. With so much choice at your fingertips with dating apps, everyone is an "option" rather than being something you are genuinely considering as relationship material.
