My entire life I have always been an ongoing battle of the bulge for me. I'm 37 now, when I was 21 I was ugly obese. I managed to lose the weight and now you would never guess that by looking at me. I have the body that many 20 somethings envy. I realized that by eating organic/grass fed beef and organic chicken made a big difference. It's because non-organic livestock are given hormones to gain weight so the corporations can maximize their bottom line. In turn we consume the hormones which make it very easy to pack on the fat. Since organic can be expensive I eat the grass fed hamburger, regardless of the fat content, as long as i'm working out, I gain muscle and don't have the yo-yo effect of previous years. That has been a big help for losing weight, plus i lift weights and drink dandelion tea. Dandelion tea is particularly helpful to lose fat and pack on muscle at the same time. Oh yes, and don't forget to boycott processed foods! In particular, high fructose corn syrup. THAT in itself will make you fat while zapping your energy.
I am not skinny by any means, in fact I have some extra pounds that I want to lose. I think the first thing you need to do is love yourself for who you are. To be honest if you see someone else that you want to look like, its not going to happen that way, everyone is different. To get start you might want to write down some goals that are achievable like drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or eliminate bread/wheat or sugar from your diet. Exercise is good but you need to have a healthy, clean diet to really lose weight. Diets do not work. With a diet you are depriving yourself and who wants to do that?? You can enjoy the foods you love by finding healthy alternatives. Consider a lifestyle change not a diet. Do some research about what your body needs. I really urge you to stay away from diet pills- they honestly don't do anything. Set little goals for yourself and you will see that you will lose weight.
Lose weight if you genuinely need to, i,e if your doc days your health might be at risk, but if you find people telling you that you look fine and they are being honest, but you don't see it that way, then be careful cause you be developing an obsession, and that could lead to anorexia! send me a pic I'll tell you if your to fat or not? Take care.
Every one has the dream to be beauty. of course there is no exception, including you. To be more beauty needs to be more thin.
The experience i can share with you is that to eat more slowly and less. And proper sports also are needed. but this process is difficult to insist. Take me an example, i often can't resist the temptation from delicious foods.
Eat healthier less cheese and sugar. Try eating asian food. Asians r usually skinny
Do some research. if you have done any serious research you will find out the only way to really lose weight is it change your diet. It's harder than just exercising but it works like 20 times better. If you more healthy, limit your caloric intake and do 20-40 minutes of cardio a day (minimum of 20! Anything else is pointless) you will lose weight. I PROMISE you. Also, do not worry about doing specific exercises to lose weight here or there, it doesn't work that way. Your body chooses where it loses weight, you have no control over it. Btw I was never really big but I lost 30 pounds and look great now, focusing on gaining muscle mass and am looking pretty impressive according to others and to me if I do say so myself. Look this info up (research backed studies, best from universities) be careful tho, there is TONS of misinformation.
Same here, girl but I hate how ppl tell me i'm skinny and I gotta admit i am but I would always wanna lose more weight
Eat clean to stay lean. Cut out the pastas and shit like that. Americans eat too much of that garbage. And cheesy dishes. Yuck.
