Is it normal to always want to eat? esp fattie foods?

IIN? I always want to eat fattie foods allll the time. Not that do, but I just think about how amazing it would be to beable to eat donuts, burgers, cocolate all the time, even if I havnt had any of these foods in a really long time I just always think about themm

    The more I think about this, the more I would despise fatty foods. It's good to have a balance.

    I mean don't get me wrong, I love junk food, but to eat that all the time would make me sick. I would need fresh food!

    And you dont need meat to be healthy...tofu, beans and eggs are all better for you than meat and fill that viod perfectly..Im really not asking ever again on this wbsite because appaently people dont answer your question and just tell you a bunch of random and false info..bahaha

    OH and there is plenty of cheap healthy foods out there. Just because its expensive doesnt mean that the rice isnt loaded with sugar and carbs....

    I said I HAVE NOT ate them in a really long time, so obviously over wieght is not an issue, pretty sure I stick to a low cal high protien diet and the fact you like sushi(wich is loaded with refined carbs #badcarbs just maks you seem dumb) is irrevalent to my question. And whoaa didnt need a paragraph. I know not drink water until my stomach hurts and "try fruits and veegies" I never said I didnt eat them considering thats about all me diet is, and 1-2 hours of exercise? Try my daily workout and then tell me what to do. Not what I asked. I just wanted to know if it was normal, thanks to thoose who answered my question.

    Its normal but don't do it. Personally I love things like lobster, sushi especially salmon sushi. They are expensive and healthy. In the end its good because I don't get to eat them much (expensive) and they are good for me (healthy). If you like burgers and pizza. You will eat them often because they are cheap and since they are unhealthy you will get fat.

    All the foods you list are deliberately addictive coz of MSG added to them. MSG could make our brains think that cardboard is delicious which is why we always overeat the goodies once we start :o(

      What you said reminds me of A Wrinkle in Time. The characters went to this planet where everyone was "controlled" to be and act the same way. This man with red eyes forced them to eat a lump "food" that made them think it tasted good. It was like if food could brainwash you.

    Fried foods and sweet foods can be too stimulating for your brain and can turn in to an obsession if you really enjoy it and you let it become an obsession, so try eating fruits, vegetables, a little bit of Orange Juice once a day, bread but not too much because it makes you gain a lot of weight. Drink a lot of water but not to the point of a stomach ache, have salad at least 4 to 5 days a week once a day, as much as it makes some people sad to eat meat because animals were killed, you need meat after all it is necesary to be healthy, Vegetarians are often not healthy for not eating meat as they need it to have a healthy life. Also don't have someone cook carrots because when they are cooked the vitamins and nutrients are taken out so it is better to eat them raw. Get plenty of exercise 1 or 2 hours a day running jogging etc.

        Thanks for correction me, now i know i am wrong and also informed on the truth. I just like to eat Carrots raw they taste better to me. But if that really is a fact then "that's" good, I don't believe everything that has been posted on the internet because there is also a lot of untrue things and myths. I got everything else right but that one thing though.
