For some reason i always look up when talking i dont know why.is this normal

    Looking up when conversing with someone is a sign of creating in the mind. For some it means they are thinking of a lie to tell. But perhaps in your situation, you are trying to imagine things to talk about because conversation doesn't come naturally to you.

      Only if it's up and to the right, if it's up and to the left it could mean they're thinking up a lie.

      Looking up can also mean that you are trying to remember someone.

    I oftern do it in tought so I paint the scinario we happen to be talking about but then thatz also how I zone out coz I fink of were it can go wat we can talk about next what this remind me off etc... So my mind races which is not a good thing so I do, do it but not for too long or I get lost within my own toughts

    If the person is taller than you, otherwise they will just be looking up your nose

    are you avoiding eyes? stare at them for a bit then look at your fingernails, just a suggestion, that reminds me of charlie chaplin :)
