Is it normal to always have worries

No matter how much I get older and grow, I always have at least one different thing troubling me, I would just like to know if this is the same for you?

I'm completely the same. It's normal, but it sucks.

If you are a chronic worrier or overly anxious, you might want to consider anti-depressants--they work for anxiety, not just depression.

You have to give yourself a time limit on worrying, and remember, by worrying and stressing, are you making things any easyier? Does your worry go away? No!!!. By worrying about things doesn't make things dissapear, just keeps them bouncing round your brain. Life is to short to spend it worrying about stuff, learn to go with the flow!

Not for me. I say, you sit in shot long enough you are going to start to stink. It's pointless to worry all the time. If something bothers me I let it for a little bit bit then I get back to life and not think about it. Worrying and getting upset over things more than a day only makes things worse and it's not worth it.

I am the same way. I'm 38 and always gotta freak out about something, even when there is no reason. It's bad though - anxiety is bad for your body. It creates an involuntary fight or flight response that over time taxes your body and mind. Try to relax and start meditation or yoga, or therapy. My mother and grandmother were BOTH worry prone and anxiety ridden. THey both had cancers and other heart problems (which I believe are a cumulative result of years of added up anxieties). I am now finally working on decreasing my worrying. It is very hard! Other people don't get it either. Just try not to ever have to rely on pharmaceuticals for it. I tried that as a solution and can't remember most of 2003-2008. Good luck.
