Is it normal to always have greasy food?

At resaurants, cheeseburgers are the way to go for me. Always. Occasionally, I'll get chicken fingers or somethig else like pasta, but it's almost ALWAYS cheeseburgers. I recently took a trip to Florida and saw a palm reader. He said to stay away from greasy foods because it will cause later problems. Is this normal and do I need help?

Your heart is only one of your concerns. It doesn't take a psychic to figure that out. Your diet is one of the reasons why gall bladder removal is one of the most common surgeries. And it is usually preventative. Why people would prefer major surgery over eating properly baffles me.

Greasey foods are bad for you despite what some scam says, just eat them in moderation.

yes my dad almost died from a heart condition-from eating greasy bad foods. he reversed it by eating the right foods such as wheat bread, fish, chicken etc. those are only a few of the things. sorry to scare you but by no means i do not mean to frighten you. your arteries are probably already clogged and you should get checked with your doctor -if you are that serious about not wanting to die at a young age, stop eating fast foods and make your meals at home. and eat less beef. too much beef and shell fish will also be bad.

It's normal, it's also called being American. Generally southern Americans love thier greasy fatty foods. But it's defiantly not healthy, next time try a salad.

Lol a palm reader gave you dietary advice? Yes, s/he was right. An over abundance of fats, particularly saturated fats will cause health problems. It's okay to eat fat but you shouldn't be consuming it solely in fried or otherwise fast food forms.

And yes, it's normal. Our bodies are designed to appreciate high energy food sources the most and fat is the densest form of energy storage possible. However fat and sugars used to be a rarity and now they are available in absurd portions in almost all premade foods. While scarcity used to dictate people's eating habits in these times of plenty we must exercise the self control to do it ourselves.

  • Listen to the palm reader. My grandmother was a smoker and her phsycic told her to stop smoking, but she didn't. She died a few years later of lung cancer. Lay if the cheeseburgers and have a salad.
