So ever since I can remember iv always had crust in my eyes. Even after I shower it comes back.. I usually run a cloth over my eyes then get out the stuff I can see but it always ends up back.. It lowers my self confidence... Is there a way to get rid of It for good and or not worry about it....?
Is it conjunctavitis?? maybe go to the doctor if unsure because some problems with your eyes can lead to problems with your sight.
I get this a lot too. I never understood what it was but I get it very often.
Not to freak anybody out but this is probably demodex. They are tiny mites which live in eyelashes--I know it sounds gross but most people have them. They don't usually cause a problem unless youre allergic to them or you have an overpopulation. An eye doctor can check for this and you can treat it with creams and drops. For now Id use a warm washcloth 3 times per day to get the crusty stuff off. Google "demodex eyelash mites" and see if it sounds like your symptoms.
Not allergies. Just wash my face? Should I just use a hot towel over it quickly or what? Is there a good way to get rid of them without picking? I don't think I need tears. Although if it has to deal with anything. I always yawn and get watery eyes.
I use to get it really bad, wash your face more often, mine went away completely
