Is it normal to always have conflicting thoughts?
It's really annoying anc confusing, but I can always have two very opposi thoughts. On everything. I guess this is good in that I can often go into things COMPLETELY unbiased, but it doesnt help in decision making, and just general thinking. I often don' know which side to take or which part of my brain to listen to and it can make me very anxious and frustrated.
Just wondering, is this normal? How do I know which side to listen to? Even then, it's no use, I just have people make decisions for me anyways.
