As a pet owner, I always check the health of my dog and cat by feeling their noses. If wet, they're ok. So what about me? Mine is continually wet, more so after urinating.
I think it's the opposite for cats and a dry nose implies health. As for you, do you mean your nose is running? There are so many possible reasons for that, it'd be difficult to say which one is causing it.
