Is it normal to always eat the whole apple?

Is it normal to always eat the whole of an apple? I see people who usually throw it away after getting close to the core, but i eat everything. I would eat the whole middle bit, the stem, and I used to eat the seeds but recently stopped because someone told me it had arsenic in them which is bad. Do other people eat the whole thing? Leaving half of the apple there just seems like a waste to me, and it saves going to the bin too.

I don't eat the stem, but otherwise I eat everything of the apple. Haven't heard before that remark about arsenic, however. Someone told me something about prussic acid in the core. I don't know for certain, but if there it has not had any effect by now.

I don't eat the core and I've never know anyone who ate the core. Maybe it's bad? Dunno, you should check wikipedia or something.

Sometimes when I eat apples, I eat the core, too. You should avoid the seeds, though, since they contain minute amounts of cyanide.

Haha, wow. My brother used to do that, not sure if he still does. I eat the whole pear though, well except for the seeds and stem. The texture is basically the same throughout so it's not a big change.

I eat as much of the apple as I can. Not the seeds though. I eat until I get to the part where the seeds are, take them out and eat a bit more. I even eat the peel.
