Is it normal to always be thinking of something.
Is it normal to always be thinking of something. When I am not occupied I always have thoughts racing through my head. Often times throughout a day I will obsess about something (normally someone screwing me over, could be over anything, sometimes it seems I almost make stuff up to think about). As of late I have Bern very paranoid and I feel a lot of anxiety, as the day progresses I get worse. Any advice?
