Is it normal to always be thinking of something.

Is it normal to always be thinking of something. When I am not occupied I always have thoughts racing through my head. Often times throughout a day I will obsess about something (normally someone screwing me over, could be over anything, sometimes it seems I almost make stuff up to think about). As of late I have Bern very paranoid and I feel a lot of anxiety, as the day progresses I get worse. Any advice?

    I find it impossible to let myself "space out" as it were. If you're concerned about having an overactive imagination or you don't like thinking so much you can always, as the last commenter suggested, try meditation. The other route is to abuse a lot of awesome drugs and fuck up your brain so it doesn't function normally. Although that may have its downsides too.

    Our brains work 100% of the time from the day they're created 'til the day we die. You just seem to be creative. If it bothers you, try something like yoga or meditation.
