If you're getting constant headaches I would say see a doctor. There could be something going on. Stomach aches too. For that I would recommend maybe you take some fiber or something. Make sure you're getting enough sleep and so on.
Personally, I get headaches, backaches and joint aches regularly but nothing that bothers me enough to even remember the next day. I did really do a number on my back recently but I'm doing stretches to work it out. Life hurts sometimes.
You really need to see a doctor, it could be serious. Remember, just because they can't find anything wrong with you, it doesn't mean that you are making it up. Don't be discouraged and keep getting second opinions until you can find out what's wrong.
Get a checkup. If there's nothing medically wrong, then it's psychological. Get some exercise, eat healthy, and if you still feel bad, see a therapist.
Do you keep fit? Eat healthy? If not then maybe you should try both if not one.
If you're my step-grandmother, Pat, it's normal. She's just a whiner, though.
Have you gone to see a physician about this?
