Is it normal to always be hungry, but nothing looks appetizing?

I always feel hungry, but nothing ever tastes good or looks appetizing. Nomatter where I am, what food is in front of me, nomatter how hungry I am, nothing looks good. (This is a more recent issue, I'm usually a complete food hound. My family used to call me a bottomless pit.) I kep thinking it will eventually go away, but it isn't.
Plus, I'm always thirsty now. I feel dehydrated nomatter how much water I drink. None of this comes and goes. It seems to be all the time now.

You might want to get checked out for parasites. There are types of intestinal parasites that dwell in the gastro internal tract and actually end up consuming all the food we take in and then "pooping" it out of us for lack of more creative terms.

Not to scare you but this may be related to your pituitary gland. It regulates stuff like that. My friend has a problem with his and has similar issues. I would get it checked out. Or you could just be a typical teenager. I was ravenous as a teen. (yet strangely skinny I guess teens have good metabolism too lol)
