Is it normal to alway expect the worst?

Is it normal when every time you fall sick to expect the worst that could happen? Such as pass constant headaches of as a tumour?

Iv`e a family history of heart trouble, so every ache or pain from waist to neck has me panicking about heart attacks.

Yeah, I go straight for hypochondria. A week ago, I had pretty painful trapped wind. In my mind, I kept thinking it was *probably* trapped wind but it didn't stop me self-diagnosing both an ulcer and an impending heart attack. I even prepared a bag for the hospital.

Yikes! I usually downplay them, because I'm always sure that they'll end soon, and that's it's best not to worry. Although, for me, they always do end soon. Coincidentally, today was one of those days which pop up every now and again where I'll feel ill, go a bit shaky and keep vomiting. Not the best, but they always seem to end. I already feel good again! It's turning out to be a good day, actually:). I do wonder why it keeps happening in short bursts like this, though. I don't like vomiting.:/

Anyway, try not to worry too much, but if you do feel like something's up, go see a doctor or someone. I don't know, maybe you just have a low pain tolerance threshold, so everything feels worse than it really is. Although, I just made that up, so I wouldn't take my word for it.:P
