Life can be depressing at times. Find joy in the little things in life. That is all you can do. It might seem hard at times but hang in there.
Hmm.. What is the reason for your depression? By that i mean - What thoughts roam through your mind as you're depressed?
Me - personally. I get depressed knowing how pathetic this world is, how no one is unique, everyone's trying to be someone their not, nature is being ruined in search of "valuable resources", greed is corrupting the world, the "Country" system is just a pathetic way of saying "Whatever is in this area is Mine!".
How kids today know nothing of Respect, Honor, Decency, Pride, Loyalty - all they know is "Trolling".
I get depressed knowing that i am one of the handful of people on this world that are not like the rest, who are not afraid to stand out and express exactly how they feel - whenever they want, do whatever they feel like doing, no matter if people think that it may be "rude" or other preppy bs..

Counselling. :) This is something I am familiar with. If you change the way you think about life, you'll be happier. Meds might help you in the beginning, but unless you have a permanent chemical condition using medication forever is taking the easy way out, relying on crutch, and not being good to your body.
Don't be afraid to question the source of your unhappiness, because finding it is the way to fixing it.
Sometimes is normal; all the time, not. At least you're aware of it,which is a start. You might even benefit from mild medication.
