I understand that my son might be growning and may have questions that he is not coming out with and saying. Can I let him examine my junk and talk to him about the puberty cycle that I realize that he might be going through?
Puberty isn't a cycle, it's a process. It only happens once.

It would be so much better if you got him a book on anatomy. There's no need to show if your penis. I imagine that it would/could be very scaring if he pushed the memory back and then suddenly resurfaced when he was older. It might make him think that he regressed memories of being sexually abused. Also, if he tells anyone, like a friend, and this friend goes and tells someone else, like an adult, people may get the wrong end of the stick and accuse you of being a sex offender. Another thing is that puberty isn't a "cycle". Perhaps, you'd also benefit from an anatomy book/doing research.
Rather show him pictures of other penises in different sizes and shapes.
If you think that he needs to see dicks that is.
He presumably has his own penis, he doesn't need to see yours to compare.
Nothing wrong with supplementing school education regarding sexual health and development with your own pearls of wisdom, but no need for your crown jewels to make an appearance.
well yes, that's a part of his sexual education. I think you are even -supposed- to do that.
Since when is showing your kid your penis something you're supposed to do?
OP- Just google 'male anatomy' and show him the diagrams that are posted and labled. There's no need for him to see any legitimate penises at this stage of his life. He needs to take in such information in portions over time. He never needs to study your penis. He'll see plenty of those in porn when he gets there- on his own time.
You are just trying to boost your own self-esteem by comparing yours to a little kid. Go back to watching porn and feeling inferior.
Unless you have always been this open, I would recommend you just tell him about it. If you feel there is absolutely a need to show him your toolbox, then make sure his mother is present.
