    I'm not sure this is true. Where is the accountability to check they are a suitable parent? The only people who seem to be able to adopt without these checks are Madonna and Brangelina. People (wrongly) assume that they must be okay parents because they are rich.

    its ilegal and the kid probly doesnt have all of the legal papers. if you ever notice a child is being auctioned off call the cops!! someething is very wrong with the parents

    eBay has rules against this. Maybe a puppy but not humans. So no it's not normal. Kids are not like a pair of sunglasses that you like the look of. That's just really awful of you.
