Is it normal to add family to instagram

I have always been attracted to my cousin since I was 5. . I found out she has an instagram and I followed her under a fake account with a pictures I got from another guys profiles. I love to look at pictures she posts all the time. She has never liked me and I don't think she would want me to look her pictures especially of her dancing or suntanning. Is a creepy that I'm checking out pics of cousin who am very attracted to? I tried adding her on facebook awhile back but I guess she ignored my request.
