Is it normal to act silly a lot?

I act silly and say stupid things a lot, but when I do, I'm just fooling around.

I've been like this since I was very young, I have Aspergers (Autism), which maybe why I am this way.

    I have this too and I act silly all the time even when I feel like I wanna be serious , sometimes I feel like people think im stupid
