to open an ur ex's facebook page every couple of days. It has been a year since we broke up,but even after we broke up i guess we did still have feelings 4 each other until like a couple of days ago he lost these feeling for me.
It's not something I consider a wise or healthy thing to do, but not something I'd consider abnormal. Lots of people get attached to their ex's and express this in many ways.
I'd say wrap things up with your ex and force yourself to move on. It's not healthy to dwell on these things. Attachment leads to obsession.
It's just a habit. Get angry at him for no reason or something when you're about to check his page and then don't.
May be because you want to see who he is interested in next... is she better than you are!! etc... But MOVE ON ... there is nothing you can do which might change the outcome of ur relation anyways.. so why waste time??!!
