Is it normal to..?(please read this might be a health issue)

Well this is really hard to explain but sometimes I will be just doing something like playing netball or talking to someone and I suddenly feel
out of myself, like im there but im not.
And when I touch my arm or leg it feels
like im touching someone elses body.
Its a very strange feeling and it feels a bit like my 'spirit' has left me and im just a body, It also feels like im about to faint but I don't.

Im mostly having this problem everyday now and I was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them or what I should do about it?

P.S My mum said shes had it before too.

Sometimes i feel like that too, and when i went to the doctors they told me i was having anxiety attacks. Occasionally i'll get dizzy, or even nauseus, or i will simply feel like im disconnected from everything around me. I'm not quite sure if it really is anxiety, but when i explained it to the doctor she didn't think it was too serious. One other thing you might try is drinking a lot of water, because when i was little and complained of similar symptoms one doctor said i might be slightly dehydrated and it did help, back then.

Sometimes a feeling like you're watching a movie, but controlling it, is a natural anxiety response. I used to try to do it all the time, and can do it by my own command now if I concentrate on everything going on around me in kind of like an "I'm here..." way (so hard to explain) when it happens at work though and lasts it's a bit difficult. It's called dissociation.

Issues with your balance? Blood? Have you had any tests done? Maybe go to the docs for a checkup just to be sure
